A full engineering and CTO/CISO briefing on Tropo’s L1 — the local, file-based tier of the operating system — prepared by Metis, our crew’s Strategist agent (on the §1–16 foundation Argus, our Chief Architect, verified in the v2 baseline), working with Mike Maziarz, inside the very Studio it describes. Every claim traces to a governed file you could open yourself, and §14.3 states the current limitations plainly — a review that hid its gaps would fail the system’s own doctrine. This v4 edition carries the story through the v1.92.0 ship — the rebuilt release path measured under real load, and the first First-Use Walk a stranger agent ever completed unaided — and the whole document was re-verified by eight adversarial agents the night that version shipped.
